Don’t be fooled by the photos. When we arrived, someone was being trained, and getting our keys felt less than professional. I usually do a quick clean in hotels with a Clorox wipe and disinfectant spray, but after one pass I could tell this room needed a lot more. I’m never staying here again. The customer service was bad.

The bed sheets didn’t feel fresh, and it looked like they’d been used by the previous guest instead of changed. The grumpy receptionist told us there was no gym, even though the hotel’s Google photos show one. We chose this place partly because we thought we could work out during our stay. This has been one of the most awful hotels we’ve ever stayed in, and the photos are far from reality. I’m a member of a well-known European Facebook group for people who travel in the USA, and I’ll post there to warn everyone.

We stay here often for work, and over the past two weeks I’ve had dirty rooms. It’s happened more times than I can count over the last 3 1/2 years. The cleaners just fluff the sheets and pillows so the bed looks clean. As soon as we get in, we have to pull back the comforter, if you can even call it that, and check for hair or other things left behind. Management doesn’t do anything, and there are no consequences for this behavior.

The room was noisy and dirty, and the tub wasn’t very clean. There were only two bath towels, and the room doors don’t latch on their own, so you have to pull them to make sure they’re shut. I didn’t know when booking that only ground-floor rooms were available.
