The people were very nice, but we found an open condom wrapper on the floor when we walked in, and there are roaches. The TV didn't work, though I think that may have just been our room.

I wouldn't stay here again. It's near a bunch of cool stuff, but for what we paid, we could've gone to the Motel 6 next door and had a toilet. There's a $50 cash deposit they don't mention until check-in, which took the $72 room to $125. The rooms have no bathrooms, so everyone on both floors uses dorm-style shared bathrooms. You're not allowed out after 10 pm, and there's very little parking. People live there regularly, and it felt like a halfway home. The owners weren't rude, but they were curt, with no hospitality. Our sheets were dirty and the bed was uncomfortable, and I felt like I was in jail. There are cameras everywhere and they monitor you. We caught the owner following us from our room to the bathroom and then to our car.

It's filthy, smelly, and old, and even using a convection oven can trip the breaker. There's no parking and no wifi, despite it being advertised. The kicker is an 11 pm curfew. Calling it a rat hole would be praise, more like a “condemned roach motel,” since even roaches refuse to go there. Spend 10 bucks more elsewhere and you'll feel like a king.

I stayed for two weeks and they charged me extra to bring my girlfriend in, then later told me I could just show them her ID a couple of times. The room was decent, but had no AC, and the bathrooms were shared with other guests. There were cockroaches in the restroom too. When I left, I forgot to return my key, remembered three hours later, and brought it back. They gave me only $30 of my $50 deposit, even though I hadn't damaged anything in the room. Lowkey scammers.
