Diamond Bell Inn & Suites

My room had a mini fridge, microwave, responsive air conditioning, plenty of outlets, and several lighting options, and it was clean and nice. What stood out most was how respectfully staff treated me. I have an anaphylactic allergy to second cannabis and told them when I arrived. They took it seriously. The door wasn’t sealed all the way around, so a party outside made me really sick. Staff asked the people to stop using marijuana by my door, and they did at first, but started again a couple of hours later. We told the staff again, and the man at the desk came up with a really helpful solution: he let us leave our heavy luggage in the room and sleep in another one for the night. I was able to settle down and rest without more health issues. Thank you so much to that man.

The parking right outside the door was convenient, and the rooms were excellent. I enjoyed my recent stay, and the staff were friendly.

I only stayed for one night because it was pretty overpriced, and I would’ve stayed longer if the price had been better. The room was clean and simple, with a comfortable bed, hot water in the rainfall shower, a microwave, and a mini fridge.

The rooms were nice and quiet, and the staff were friendly. I reported two problems right away: the Wi-Fi was very slow and kept buffering, and there were thousands of tiny ants. I’d left a paper plate from dinner on the counter overnight. It was empty of solid food, but there were ants all over the plate and counter. I stopped leaving plates or food out after that, but both issues remained unresolved. The Wi-Fi was especially annoying.
