Being able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit was great, and the service was good. Still, our car was broken into on both the first and third nights. Breakfast was disappointing twice: the smoked salmon omelette was overcooked, and so were the eggs in the “famous” eggs Benedict. One waiter seemed to be doing the work of four, handling the bar, hosting, food and orders, and room service. He did a great job, but I felt bad for him. On our second day, the rooms above floor 9 had no hot water or heat. We were on the eighth floor, but there was loud work going on nearby that day. On the last day, only one of the three elevators was working, which seemed to cause a lot of stress. We didn't get to try the pool or hot tub. Not the worst stay ever.

The front desk staff were amazing and upfront, doing everything they could to fix the few problems I ran into. The boiler had an issue, but they dealt with it as quickly as possible. Some remodeled rooms still don't have an outlet by the desk, so the front desk sent up an extension cord. Overall, I had a good stay.

The restaurant was the best part for me. I had some of the best food of my time in Seattle there. The hotel is an updated 1980s property, with decent rooms for the price, Seattle's Best coffee pods, a couple tea bags, a hot water machine, a microwave, a mini fridge, and even a corded phone. The soaps were decent too. The front desk staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. The pool was a bit too cold and the hot tub too hot, though plenty of families with kids used them. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows and a Juliet balcony. The daytime view wasn't much, but the nearby skyscrapers looked nice lit up at night. The connected parking garage was much cheaper than most nearby options, and lots of attractions were within walking distance.

Our day of travel had been stressful, with one bad thing after another, and we thought we'd booked directly with Warwick Seattle by phone. It turned out the reservation had gone through the third party Reservation Desk, which was our mistake. When the booking couldn't be found under my name, I was sure we'd been scammed. Giselle and Christopher got on the phone with the sketchy website and somehow located it. They were sweet, empathetic, and accommodating, and honestly saved us. Bryan also stepped in to oversee things and make sure we were looked after. The room was beautiful and the hotel was clean, with a great bar and restaurant and lovely staff there too. Valet service was on point from the moment we drove into the parking garage. The whole team was amazing. Give them all raises, seriously.

The room had a lovely view and was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay at Warwick Hotel in Seattle. The atmosphere was pleasant as soon as I walked in, and the staff welcomed me warmly. Yobani made the visit especially delightful. I'll definitely return.
