For a Mommy-Daughters weekend packed with good food, relaxing time, and shopping, picking the Westin was our first great decision. The room was spotless and stylish, with a lovely window seat, wonderfully soft beds, and Prestige hygiene products we liked. Diamond at the front desk was so patient and kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. We got two Ferris Wheel passes, a cold bottle of water at check-in, a $14 daily food credit, and fresh fruit water in the lobby. The red light therapy equipment in the gym was a huge bonus. So many thoughtful touches, and such attentive staff.

The murals celebrating African Americans are beautiful. We also had a great city view from the Jackson suite, with Mt. Rainier in the background. The Living Room bar and restaurant served amazing food and drinks, and they were very generous with the cocktails. The staff were considerate, cheerful, and outstanding. I loved our stay at The W Seattle and would absolutely recommend it. 😍❤️

I was at the W hotel in Seattle with friends for a birthday, and the service was amazing. We called pretty late looking for champagne, and Angela at the front desk sent up a complimentary bottle. She was such a sweetheart. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back.

I stayed at the W Seattle on Valentine’s Day and want to thank Whitney Brown, General manager, for how she handled an issue from an earlier stay. I had tried several times to sort it out before she got involved. The matter was mostly with a third party connected to the W hotel, but Whitney took it on, focused on finding a solution, and kept me updated with thoughtful communication. She was attentive, diligent, and apologetic throughout. I’ve never received customer care like that. The lovely accommodations she arranged as compensation, plus a special Valentine’s Day gift, meant a lot. Thank you, Whitney!! 🤍

I was looking forward to trying a W Hotel after hearing so much about it, but the room and view were just okay. I had booked a “spectacular room on a high floor with a city view” and was disappointed with what I got. When I called Marriott to complain, they said rooms booked through Booking.com don't get upgraded. The W Hotel has a good reputation, but the actual rooms felt comparable to a Holiday Inn. Definitely not worth the price.
