Grand Victorian B&B Inn

At Grand Victorian, Jake really helps make guests comfortable. Have Java with Jake if you'd like to hear about the home's history. He also makes a nice breakfast and tasty pressed coffee. The historic B&B is a step back into 1895, and our Balcony Room still used its original key. We could relax in the sitting room, drawing room, and dining room, with food, drinks, and a game or two. The welcoming town was within walking distance. We loved the whole stay and came away feeling relaxed.

We stayed two nights at the GV B&B, conveniently close to both Charlevoix and Elk Rapids. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and downtown was an easy walk with some very tasty restaurants. Jake was a terrific host. His breakfasts were the best, and we enjoyed the food and conversation. Do try the homemade chocolate chip cookies.

We stayed in the Richardi Room in the Carriage House on 7/18-7/20/25. It was quiet and romantic, and the bed and shower were very comfortable. During the rain, I enjoyed sitting in the rocker chairs on the covered porch. Even the Keurig just outside our door made piping-hot coffee. Leann was a wonderful host and innkeeper. She shared lots of interesting history about the home and property, and was happy to answer our questions about worship on Saturday and Sunday. She clearly cares about her work. Breakfast was delicious and filling, and French press coffee was just what we needed to start the day. We highly recommend staying here when you're in Antrim County.

The rooms are amazing, and the atmosphere is incredible. You get such a warm welcome as soon as you walk in, and it feels much better than a hotel.
