I wouldn’t stay here. The manager was rude and didn’t want to refund me or make up for the dirty room. The customer service was horrible. The bed felt crumbly and gross, and the room didn’t look properly cleaned or sanitized. The area also felt horrible and unsafe. Save yourself the time and money.

The room was dirty, with pubic hair everywhere, blood on the towels, a dirty carpet and sheets, and handprints on the headboard. There was no water pressure and no tub to keep water in. When I complained, staff didn’t want to help or compensate me for the cleanliness issues. I wouldn’t stay here again or bring my family here. Don’t come.

I checked out as soon as I checked in, after seeing a bug in the bed, just like other reviews said. The guy in the office was accommodating, and the location wasn’t bad, but the room itself was awful. That’s what mattered most to me.

We had bed bugs, mice, and a generally uncomfortable stay. The place provides nothing, and you have to go to the office yourself for things. I asked for traps and ended up catching a mouse in one, which was disturbing and disgusting. There were lots of unexplained yellow stains on the towels, washcloths, sheets, and other linens. On our first day, the bathroom sink was clogged. Someone came to fix it, used my washing rag, the one I use to shower, to work on the sink, and still didn’t get it fixed. Please don’t come here.
