Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Bellevue

The location makes things easy, and we always enjoy our stay here. It’s been our go-to hotel for years. Rooms are consistently clean and spacious, and the variety of breakfast items is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. We always look forward to breakfast.

The beds are bananas, so comfy, and the breakfast buffet and evening snacks made this birthday outing a really fun, affordable treat. I checked in with my five kids for my niece’s 13th birthday, and the staff were so welcoming. They even gave her a little bag with chips, chocolate, and bottled waters. We got to check in at noon instead of 4 and check out at noon instead of 11. The kids could swim from 7am until 10pm. At 10, staff courteously asked everyone under 18 to leave so the adults could have two hours without splashing and hollering. When the kids asked for five more minutes, the woman smiled and agreed. As an auntie on a very limited income, this was a much cheaper way to celebrate than hosting a party, without all the house prep and work. I’ve always liked Embassy Suites for getting a lot for your money when traveling with kids. We’ll be back, and I’ll do this every year for my past foster kids and nieces!

I’ve stayed here more than 10 times, and you really can’t beat the location. Starbucks, a dispensary, and the freeway are each one minute away, with groceries nearby too. The nearby LDS temple made the area feel super safe to me. I just checked in, and the main floor looks and smells undeniably clean. I love the pool and hot tub, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Some have balconies, so you can choose. You should definitely stay here.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, and the pool area worked well for kids, with lots of seats outside for spectators. The evening manager’s special with snacks and a free drink was awesome. Breakfast was free, with plenty of hot items, but most of it was below average and not something I’d pay extra for. The omelette station was the one great part. We had a decent stay. We were there on NYE, so it was extremely noisy all night, but I wasn’t upset given the occasion. At 9:30am, an employee who spoke very broken English went from room to room knocking and asking when people would check out. It was awkward and uncomfortable, and I don’t know why it was necessary. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites hotels, and this was the first time I’d had an employee do that. The carpets and mattresses were dated. If I return to the area, I’d choose the downtown Seattle or Lynnwood location before staying here again.
