Residence Inn Seattle Bellevue/Downtown

It was our first time at this location, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were great, especially having a stove and fridge. My group was a little upset on the first day because the pool was under maintenance. Breakfast was good, though my kids would've liked bacon, which I'm guessing is only available on certain days. The amenities were convenient, and my spouse and I had fun teaching the kids pool and shuffleboard. Parking at $19 a night was steep, but understandable for the area.

My first visit was great, with a clean, spacious room, good service, and an ideal location. On my second visit, I couldn't check in because I'd lost my wallet, even though I'd already paid through the app. I offered to show my reservation in the app, digital ID, a photo of my driver's license, and messages confirming who I was. I also offered Tap-to-Pay for an incidentals or damage deposit, but they wouldn't accept it. They said fraud policies stopped them from helping. I managed to find my wallet by retracing my steps and checked in a few hours later. When I messaged the hotel afterward, they just said they were following policy. Life happens, and I'm glad I wasn't traveling with my kids. It was incredibly disappointing that they wouldn't work with me, especially since I stay at Marriott properties often. I can't recommend this hotel.

Gloria at the front desk made our stay stand out. We arrived well before check-in, and she worked to get us into a room early, including a complimentary upgrade. When I asked about local transit, she even went to find her personal transit card for us since she no longer used it. That kind of care is rare. One evening we'd just missed the free lobby cookies and went to buy one from the market. When we brought it over to pay, a staff member smiled and gave it to us on the house. Our suite was clean and comfortable, and the full kitchen let us cook and share meals, so it felt like home. The location is handy too, about a 10-minute walk from a major transit hub with access to downtown Bellevue, downtown Seattle, and the airport. We had a fantastic stay, and if you're lucky, Gloria will welcome you.

We spent three months at the Residence Inn Bellevue, and it felt like home. The full-size kitchen and two bathrooms were especially useful, and the location was convenient for shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The hotel is clean, modern, and well cared for. Anna at the front desk always greeted us with a big smile and treated us like family. She was patient and kind with our little one. Blanca and Hugo at the breakfast bar were friendly each morning and always made sure we were looked after. Our little one loved seeing them. Everyone made the long stay special. We're grateful for their warmth and would definitely come back to Bellevue.
