The pool and the other amenities are still lovely, but breakfast was a letdown this time. On my first two visits, the breakfast was good enough to bring me back. Now the egg bar costs an extra $10, even though regular scrambled eggs used to be included. What was out today was yogurt, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and bagels, with peanut butter as the only protein I could see. This was my third visit, and I’m not sure I’ll return.

For a ski trip this hotel might be a good fit, but hockey families should look elsewhere. They promote stays for tournament weekends, yet the kids had almost nothing to do. Around 30 or 40 of them were there, and they were only allowed to play in the pool. They couldn't drink the lobby water or make noise, and the front desk staff followed them around giving them a hard time all weekend. If they don't want kids to have fun, they shouldn't offer hockey teams a discount and invite them to stay. Nice hotel, terrible service for hockey teams.

We had a great time here, and the family who runs the place was so kind and accommodating. The little shop is really cute, too. The pools were well looked after. The springs themselves were only lukewarm, but I still enjoyed them. This seems like a lovely spot in Idaho for a family gathering or reunion, or even just a camping stay.

The front desk gentleman was great, but the rest of the staff experience was rough. At 9:00 a.m. the head housekeeper knocked, ready to clean while I was still there. It felt like they wanted me out, without much regard for the $200 I'd paid for the night. Breakfast didn't work out either. One person was making omelets one at a time and couldn't keep up, so I gave up on the supposedly free breakfast.

The room was clean, but I woke up with a sore back because the bed was so bad. Breakfast is just cereal, bagels, or waffles, and protein costs another $10. That feels like a racket. We won't stay here again.
