The first-floor restroom is locked, so if you run out of toilet paper, you may have to make the walk down to Casey's. Getting help can be a hassle too: staff aren't reliably in the office, and the lobby phone doesn't work. And if you want to sleep in, look elsewhere. The blinds don't block enough light, so the room gets quite bright by 6 am.

I killed roaches in the room, and they wouldn't move me or give me a full refund. They only offered 50%, which wasn't acceptable. The Manager was snide about the problem instead of apologizing. Do NOT stay here.

The staff are great, and I'd recommend the hotel. Rooms are on the small side, though, and I think the price could be a little better. Decent place.

The location and service were nice, and the manager on duty was helpful, but we left just 10 minutes after checking in and won't be back. The building had a strange odor, and our room was very dirty. The blanket had what looked like food on it, and I stepped on a piece of dog food even though we hadn't brought our dogs. Also, the bed wasn't a full queen as advertised. I couldn't bring myself to sleep there.
