The breakfast is better than you’d expect for the price, and the rooms are really clean. What stood out most to me was the bedding: the blankets weren’t heavily starched, which was such a relief for my sensitive skin and sensory issues. You can tell this family-run place gets a lot of care and effort. I hope I have another reason to stay in Bellingham soon and support them again. Worth every cent, and then some.

We’d absolutely stay here again. The owner was warm and welcoming, and our room was clean, spacious, and better lit than the one we had at the Kipton boutique hotel in Seattle. Breakfast was good, too. We appreciated being able to heat up leftovers in the microwave instead of wasting them.

My phone had died, and the front desk kindly called a cab for me. It was about an $8 ride to the bars downtown. The room was clean and the service friendly, so I’d stay here again. It’s a you-get-what-you-pay-for kind of place.

We keep coming back because the customer service has always been fantastic, especially for the price. One small surprise: the microwave is shared in the hallway rather than having one in every room. It doesn’t bother us, but it was interesting to find.

The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a short visit. Check-in went great, too. The gentleman who welcomed us was really friendly and gave us lots of helpful information. Breakfast was better than a basic spread, with plenty to choose from, and the fresh coffee tasted good.
