I was really disappointed after seeing so many good reviews. I understand it’s an older building where workers stay, but it needs repairs and extermination. We killed so many roaches that we refused to keep food or snacks in the room. When I called the front office, they didn’t seem alarmed, as if this was already a known problem. We considered switching rooms, but checked the other one before going through the hassle. It reeked of straight weed. This wasn’t a good place to stay. Do yourself a favor and spend extra to avoid it.

The rooms were very clean, and the GM Ashley was extremely helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

It was quiet, with no noise after 10 pm, and I felt safe. The rooms were clean, as was the pool, and there were no bed bugs or other crawling creatures. Management was super helpful. It was inexpensive, with plenty of parking and a good restaurant in the same parking area. The rooms and outside need more updates, but we had a good time and will definitely stay here again if we come back.

The staff handled things well, and we enjoyed much of our stay, but a few problems stood out. Our booking was for a king kitchenette, yet we were given a two-twin kitchenette. The office said they had changed the reservation so we could get a room, but nobody told us beforehand. I’m a disabled veteran, and the hotel didn’t enforce the handicap parking spaces. Luckily, I could park right outside our room when cars without handicap access were using those spots. The bathroom also had rust in the tub, and the exhaust fan looked like it might fall from the ceiling. The microwave wasn’t plugged in when we arrived. After I plugged it in, it started switching on by itself the next day, then displayed a message saying the control panel had short circuited. I unplugged it and told maintenance. The man said they already knew about the problem and had a replacement, but hadn’t installed it yet. He brought us a portable microwave. The couple in room 155 had loud fights three nights in a row, twice around 1:30 a.m. and once around 4:30 a.m. They yelled, banged on things, and slammed doors, waking us and their kids, who then screamed too. I reported it to the office after the second night. That was inconsiderate behavior from those guests, not the hotel’s fault.
