My friends and I took one look and left. The room was disgusting, and the place felt creepy and unsafe.

We paid $100, which is insane for this. The first room smelled like cigarettes, and the people in both neighboring rooms seemed to be drug addicts. We asked to switch, but the next room had a dead water roach and a spider in the tub. The bathroom door was filthy, like it had been left outside before being hung up, and the top of the fridge was dirty too.

We put a room on hold, then changed our minds after reading the disgusting reviews. They never gave us a booking ID, but said we needed one to cancel. So we were charged $300 for a room we never stayed in and couldn’t cancel. Never book here!

We decided against staying because of the reviews, but they charged my card $300 anyway. We never booked a room or got a booking number, and nobody will explain the charge. Trying to get the money back has meant waiting for a manager because the front desk woman can’t handle a simple request. The staff seem incompetent, and they were rude too. They also tried to charge for my service animal, even though I have all the papers. This place is disgusting and doesn’t deserve anyone’s business. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Don’t book here or put anything on hold.
