Craig made this stay stand out. He was always quietly available, paying attention to details and checking that guests were happy. We’ve traveled coast to coast and haven’t met another manager who comes close to his standard. We loved the hotel, too, and it was great to have the coffee shop practically in the same parking lot. This is our first choice whenever we’re in the area.

The pillows were the one real letdown. They felt like cotton balls stuffed in a case, so I kept tossing around and will bring my own next time. The rest was clean and comfortable, with nice bath towels and pretty standard rooms. We only stayed one night on a road trip and didn’t see everything, but the Hilton App let us check in early and use a digital key, so we didn’t speak to any staff. I’d stay again while passing through.

I often suggest local hotels to friends and family who visit, but I can’t recommend Hampton Inn Bellingham Airport anymore. Housing ICE agents is a disservice to our diverse community. Businesses that put these kinds of contracts ahead of the comfort and safety of the wider public shouldn’t have our community’s support.

Pretty average. The bathroom door in our room wouldn’t close all the way, and there wasn’t an exhaust vent. The air conditioner was very sensitive too.

The beds are nice, the rooms are really nice, and the service and breakfast are good. But the pillows are awful. I’ve been here a couple of nights and haven’t slept well at all, just tossing and turning because I can’t get comfortable. I’m staying a couple of weeks or more, so I’ve got to figure something else out. These pillows really aren’t good.
