They handled my booking cancellation and last-minute rebooking with patience and kindness. Every interaction felt warm, smooth, and genuinely helpful, and the service was professional throughout. One of the best hotel service experiences I've had.

A safe location, free parking, and large, clean rooms. The owners were nice and very accommodating. We had a great experience at Hotel Belmont!

The owner is a real highlight: kind, friendly, and accommodating, and she greeted me quickly. Check-in was easy. If everyone in customer service had her attitude, the world would be better. The location is handy for 101, restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores, while still being away from the busiest areas. I felt safe the whole time and didn't see anyone sketchy hanging around. I also didn't hear street noise unless I had the window open. The drawback is the UHaul center next door. Some of their large trucks are allowed to park on the street, making it hard to see approaching traffic when pulling out of the lot. That's on the city of Belmont, not the hotel, but Uhaul should keep its trucks in its yard or get rid of some of them. The rooms are roomy. I slept better on the old spring mattress than I've ever slept on my nice memory foam mattress at home. There's a wide countertop outside the bathroom, with the sink and microwave, and plenty of space for your things. A small refrigerator is provided. The shower got hot and had acceptable pressure. The color scheme might bother some people, but I don't care about that and think it's silly to judge a stay on it. I'd give this place five stars for everything because the service was wonderful, but reviews should be honest.
