We loved our week at waterfront Site 57 during New Years 2026 and will definitely return. It's a beautiful location with great views of Blackwater Sound and a tiny sandy beach. This isn't a resort, with no pool and not much for kids, but everything at the fhu site worked. It was crowded over New Years, with lots of respectful parties that added to the fun atmosphere. The bath houses were average but clean, especially considering how busy it was. The spaces are tight, so make sure you can maneuver your rig.

I spent about three months in my RV at King's Kamp, and the location was great: near restaurants, shopping, and Pennekamp Park. The sunset views are beautiful, and there's a boat ramp and small swimming beach. Margaret and Ruth in the office are kind, helpful, and willing to do what it takes to keep visitors happy. Check it out, but call well ahead because they book up fast!

Our stay at the RV park last Christmas was spoiled by people playing loud music until 2 am. We asked to move and were told they'd be leaving by New Year's, but they didn't. When we complained again, staff brushed us off and said we were the kind of people who ruined other guests' stays. Lousy staff. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I'm sure we'll get the canned response about being sorry we didn't have a good time.

I've been coming here for five years, with stays ranging from two weeks to four months. It's a great location, with great staff and, most importantly, a wonderful mix of fellow RVers from around the US. You can enjoy everything the Keys have to offer from here.

The views were lovely, and the beds were really comfortable. We stayed in the cottage right by the water and spotted fish, crabs, and maybe even a shark. Such a wonderful place. I’d stay longer next time.
