SpringHill Suites Belmont Redwood Shores

There was a strange smell throughout the building, noticeable as soon as I walked in and again in the room. The room itself was clean, but that odor made the stay unpleasant. Staff were courteous and kind, check-in went smoothly, and complimentary breakfast was a plus.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, with two double beds. Breakfast was great too, with some nicer choices than the usual watery eggs.

The gym is small, but it has what you need. Parking was easy, though it’s billed separately from the hotel. The room was nice and affordable, and the service was friendly.

The room was quiet and comfortable, and it looked modern, spacious, and still cozy. After a rough night locked out of our apartment, we finally got some sleep. Vincent made the whole stay so much easier. He welcomed us warmly, sorted out the booking quickly, and helped with parking and a late checkout. Since we’d arrived with nothing, he also offered extra towels and blankets and put together a bag with a toothbrush, makeup wipes, lotion, and other useful things. He was kind, capable, and thoughtful throughout. I’d happily recommend staying here, and I hope others get to meet Vincent too.
