This worked fine for an overnight work trip. There was good parking for trucks and RVs, and my room looked like it had been remodeled recently. Samantha at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and several places to eat are within walking distance. I'd stay again.

Our reservation wasn't showing up in the hotel's computer when we arrived, and they wouldn't honor the reservation email they'd sent me. I was charged more than the estimate on the reservation, too. The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke, and the curtains had stains and clumps of some dried substance. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The service was good, but the hotel needs remodeling. The toilet wasn't sealed to the floor, and the shower hadn't been cleaned well. There was hair all over. Breakfast was trash, though you get what you pay for.

Bed bugs everywhere. I had to throw away all my belongings, and I barely slept that night. This was the worst stay I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. It needs to be closed down.

Jessica made my stay at Baymont by Wyndham in Beloit a wonderful experience. She's kind, well-mannered, and quick to help, and she makes sure my needs are taken care of. When I had concerns, she handled them with care and professionalism. She even took time from her busy work to check that I was comfortable. Jessica works hard and goes above and beyond. She deserves recognition, and a raise! Thank you for making my stay lovely.
