I came to Bend last May to meet a business partner. I agree with Kelly's point that the location would be better closer to healthier food choices. Parking near Kelly's rooms is the bigger issue, though. She's great, but she's often busy and can be kind of rude, and there really isn't anywhere to park during the day or at night.

For the price, it was pretty alright. The service was excellent and our room was clean, but the bed was really uncomfortable. The walls are thin, too, so we could hear everything around us.

The room was spacious and clean, and the exterior was well lit, so parking felt safe. The front desk staff were friendly, too. It's convenient and a great value when you're in Bend. I'd stay here again.

The front desk lady was really friendly and helpful, especially with local food suggestions. They had ice available in the lobby during the day, which was nice, since the ice machine was broken. But the pool was closed even though it's September, it's 86°, and the listing says the pool is open from May through September. That felt like false advertising. When I called to ask about checkout, they said 11, and didn't offer a late checkout.
