The shower could have been cleaner, but for the price, this was a great stay. I booked the wrong day, and the staff changed the reservation date without charging me. They were really kind and helpful, and the rooms were pretty good too.

The quiet hours start at eight p m, and I slept better than I have away from home in ages. The bathroom floor was thoughtfully made to stay nonslippery when wet, and everything was immaculate. Compared with the Marriott where I stayed last, this place was nicer in every way, including the staff, coffee, and accommodations, at a third of the price.

I asked to check in at 1am after being on the road for two days, and the owner refused. He said he would refund my money, but I still haven't received it. He's a liar and a crooked manager. Do not use this place!

I travel to Bend for business several times a year, and this family-owned place was a pleasant surprise. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nicely decorated, better than I expected for the price. I'll stay here again.

It's all right for the price, though there are much better options elsewhere. Credit to them for keeping the place open and running for so long. The owners and staff are great, they're clearly working hard, and they've recently upgraded all the rooms.
