I don’t need anything fancy, just a practical, safe place, and this one was awesome. My parents moved to Bend Oregon when my dad got sick, so I’ll definitely stay here again. The rooms are a little dated but had what I needed: they were very clean, with a microwave, small dorm fridge, and AC and heat that worked wonderfully. Breakfast was free and had bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, orange juice, and waffles. There’s an indoor pool too, and a family was using it during my stay. The staff on the morning, evening, and swing shifts were all helpful whenever I had questions. Fred Meyers is also within walking distance. Thanks for making my first trip here a wonderful one. We were close to the places in town we wanted to visit, and for the price the quality was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, and Tom at the Front Desk was helpful and friendly.

The RV PARKING was the best part, though the clean room was a great value too. The front desk clerk was so friendly. I wish I’d gotten her name. We’d happily stay again on our next trip to Bend. Grateful, Rachel Wagner

The pool and hot tub were the reason I booked, but I found out on arrival that they were closed because, apparently, a wrestling team had caused trouble in the area. I can’t blame the hotel for that, and the price was very reasonable. Tom, the GM, checked me in and was friendly and very apologetic about the pool. He made sure I was taken care of during my stay. There’s no elevator. Stairs lead from the lobby to the lower floor, unless you use the entry on the other side. Anyone using a wheelchair would need to go through the outside parking area to reach breakfast or the pool. For a Super 8, it wasn’t bad. Breakfast was basic, with a pancake maker, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, juice, coffee, and milk, which was more than I expected. The updated vending machine had lots of options too.

There was sewage in the tub when I woke up, so I couldn’t shower. I told the staff, but they tried to charge me for the plumbing problem. The rooms have no sound insulation between them, so it gets very noisy. The place also feels seedy and poorly maintained, and it may be rented by the hour. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.
