The room was spotless, well furnished, and comfortable, and being set back from the road meant I heard no traffic. The price was around $90, very competitive with other hotels nearby. I've traveled a lot over the last year, and this is the best hotel experience I've had in as long as I can remember. When I called ahead with a favor to ask, they agreed right away, which most hotels wouldn't do. At arrival, the friendly staff proactively showed me room options and helped me choose what suited my needs. It was a great stay from beginning to end, and I've marked it as my top choice for next time.

They gave me a list of local restaurants, and I tried two. Both were amazing. Check-in was quick, and the staff are nice and go above and beyond. The rooms are always clean and beautiful. I also thought the price was really good for how the hotel looked, and the fire pit being lit when it's cold makes the place feel so cozy.

They're still finishing renovations, and during my stay neither the shower nor the TV worked. I had booked the same day, so I had to take what was available, and it cost twice the quoted price for a standard room. That kept it from getting five stars. The hotel itself is attractive and comfortable, though, and I think it'll only improve. If I come back through Bend, I know where to stay. I highly recommend it.

The bed was comfortable, the place was very clean and quiet, and the staff were pleasant. I booked mainly because I wanted the bar, where my spouse and I could have a couple of drinks and walk back to our room. It turns out they close on Tuesdays. They did offer me a cider, which was yummy, but that wasn't the evening I'd planned.

The staff checking us in were fabulous, and they even left us beers with a sweet note. We were celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary on the way back from the coast, and The Waypoint didn't disappoint. The rooms were clean and the bedding was amazing. We also got to enjoy the bar's great bartender and catch their bar bingo. I'll definitely be back. Thanks to the staff for making it such a wonderful stay.
