The price is hard to beat, so we keep choosing this place. I’ve stayed here almost every weekend for the past two months while my husband’s working in nocona, and it’s been a good experience each time. The staff are really friendly, the rooms stay clean, and it’s always quiet around the other rooms.

The rooms are small, but the beds are big, and it did the job. It was very affordable, though renovations were going on while I was there.

The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, and the water was hot. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Budget Inn is a good place to stay. It was far better value than many of the airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and I’d stay there again.

At 11pm, the owners welcomed us with smiles, two cold bottles of water, and a snack. The floors, bathroom, and bed were clean, and we got a good night’s sleep and a hot shower. It’s a great basic motel for the price. I’ll stay here again!

The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced, and I slept well. The staff were friendly, it was quiet, and the showers were nice and hot. Highly recommend.
