Hotel Vervana, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The built-in sauna in the bathroom was such a clever touch, luxurious and relaxing, especially after skiing. My room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely done. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful the whole time, which made everything feel easy and welcoming. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

The cleanliness problems were all over the property. Our room floor had visible dirt and salt from outside, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, and there was hair in the drain, dirt in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and cobwebs in the room. Mirrors and glass were streaked too. In the hall, the floors and entry rugs were filthy, and a bucket of dirty mop water was left holding the hall door open. There were maintenance and safety concerns as well. The wall shelves weren't firmly attached, and a spare cot behind the door at the top of the stairs kept the door from opening fully. A very bright smoke detector light lit up the room at night and made it hard to sleep. After seeing a friend's room in similar shape, we didn't feel confident that reporting the issues would get us a better room. The property needs serious attention to cleanliness, upkeep, and basic guest standards. I'd tell travelers to avoid it until things improve.

Much better than I expected. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and it was a great value. It's pet friendly and within easy walking distance of everything.

We stayed here for the first time in October and were pleased with how clean the room was. They're dog friendly, and I could walk my dog in the neighborhood behind the hotel. I've just booked another stay for a few weeks from now. It's reassuring to know we can find a clean, safe place when traveling with our dog.
