Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Benton Harbor

For the last few years, I've worked with Amy June Jovanovic, Director of Sales, to arrange stays for our Team at the Hampton Inn - Benton Harbor while we work with our business in Bridgman, MI. She's been incredibly supportive, and the staff have been great too. We look forward to staying with them for years to come.

Kia and Brittany were amazing at the front desk and made things so much better for me and my family. They were polite and accommodating, and I hope management really values their dedication. Because of them, I'll be a regular. My only suggestion would be to turn the pool temperature up a notch or two.

The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was good. But we barely slept because some teenagers kept pulling the fire alarm through the evening and again at 3 a.m. It scared my kids awake and traumatized my 5 yr old. Some of the staff were also very rude.

The New Year’s Day front desk and cleaning staff were a letdown. The woman at the desk that night was welcoming and respectful, though, so the contrast was pretty stark. Starting 2026 with a grumpy receptionist wasn’t what I wanted, but hey.
