Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bryant - Benton Area by IHG

We needed a place to stop late on 12/23, after my injury the day before had delayed our holiday trip. I told Rolanda at the front desk that I was on crutches, and she confirmed a room was available. Once my husband had checked us in, she came to the side door to help make sure we got to our room okay. Her kindness and customer service meant a lot. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were great. We highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with lots of good choices. Getting around was easy too, thanks to the location near local attractions and transport. I found the room spotless and quiet, with comfortable plush bedding, and every staff member I met was friendly and welcoming. The whole stay went smoothly, and I’d happily recommend it.

Breakfast was genuinely good, and the items in the store weren’t overpriced, which I appreciated. The location is great, close to everything. It did seem understaffed. They don’t use trash bags, which struck me as odd. Over the three days, there were no towels at the pool, and the buildup there made it look like it wasn’t being vacuumed. It wasn’t a bad stay, but there’s room to improve.

At 10 pm I found that the key I’d been given at check-in didn’t open my room. I went back to the front desk needing rest, and when I asked why I’d received a nonworking key, the woman there didn’t apologize. She complained that I was unhappy and called it just a mistake, then said I could leave if I didn’t like her work. That was terrible customer service, and sad for her boss.
