Fairfield Inn & Suites Bentonville Rogers

The rooms are clean and recently renovated, with soft beds, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is good and free, with eggs, sausage, waffles and juice. A few rooms seem to have thermostats that don't work well, possibly because they didn't upgrade the HVAC units during the renovations. The shower tubs are quite narrow too. Still, it's a good property.

I've stayed here a few times for work and would stay again since I'm at work most of the time. The hotel is good, with nice amenities, and the staff are kind and accommodating. The location isn't great. On the first floor, my room looked at the Candlewood Suites wall; upstairs, the best view I found was of the front parking lot. There's a small parking fee, though I don't know if I was charged. Breakfast was what I'd expect at a Fairfield.

The rooms were decent, but freeway traffic was audible. The apple juice machine had particles floating in the juice, and the orange juice concentrate was empty. After that, I didn't trust the food. I won't return, especially with plenty of other places in the area.

We've stayed at many Marriott properties, but the staff here really impressed me during a storm and power outage. They quickly handed out goody bags and snacks from the gift shop until the power came back. I watched them handle several upset guests gracefully, even though the outage wasn't the hotel's fault. People need a little understanding and patience. The place was clean, the service friendly, and I'd definitely stay here again.
