Four Points by Sheraton Bentonville

The huge lobby and upscale decor made the hotel look luxurious as soon as I walked in. Staff were helpful and got me checked in quickly. It was quiet, I felt safe the whole time, and the stay was enjoyable. This was my first trip to Bentonville. I looked at several other hotels, but kept being drawn to this one, and wasn't disappointed. It seems like a good hotel for the value.

Our event space worked perfectly for the gathering, and I'd book this hotel again without hesitation. The whole facility was immaculate, smelled really nice, and the service was spectacular. Trae, Kaitlyn & Cindy at the desk were amazing, Matt, Adrianna & Lisa at the bar took great care of us, and Alex stayed on top of everything our group needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful event and stay.

During the LIL rally and parade, more than 500 crazy bikers took over the area for the weekend, and the staff rocked it with what they had. They were hardworking, friendly and accommodating, and made sure we were looked after. The hotel was clean and inviting, and I'd book here again if I'm in the area. Thanks, Four Points, for taking care of us. A big shout out to the front desk crew, who helped transfer my room to another wind sister who needed it, and to the bar crew, who looked after us.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a king bed and plenty of room. I didn't like the soft pillows, and staff switched them right away. Everyone was very nice, and the drinks and service were good. The location was perfect, with restaurants and liquor stores across the street, and a fabulous Indian restaurant in the hotel.
