Hilton Garden Inn Bentonville Rogers

I like the location and the staff are nice, but I'm going to have to find another place if they can't provide hot water. I've stayed here three times, and each time there was a hot water problem. At 7:30 this morning, I had no choice but to take a cold shower. Reviews from months ago suggest this has been an issue for a while. I mentioned it at the front counter, and the young woman said she'd been getting complaints.

This was easily the worst and most expensive of the five Hilton properties we stayed at while traveling across the country. We booked online a week ahead, but were told the hotel was overbooked for king rooms and got two queens instead. We should have canceled and gone to the Hampton Inn. The TV needed repair, dinner from the restaurant was inedible, several dumbbell weights were missing from the gym, and the dryer left our clothes completely wet after a full cycle. This place was awful.

It's conveniently located by the freeway, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and nice. Having fruit, coffee and water in the lobby around the clock was really great after traveling, and breakfast was good and worth the money.

The front desk staff were generally pleasant, but I wasn't offered one of the cookies sitting on the counter at check-in. There was no complimentary breakfast, which is typical for Garden Inns. The evening coffee K-cups ran out for multiple days, and the elevator was slow, as expected with only one. I was also given key cards with the wrong person's name and room.
