The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. Once the lights are off, it gets seriously dark. Those window shades ought to become the new hotel standard. Check-in was high tech, too. I used the app to check in and unlock the door. The bathroom's sliding door didn't lock, though. Not cool. I've peed on trees with more privacy.

I wouldn't stay here again. The heater and AC are old and outdated, and the fitness room is tiny. There weren't any free water bottles, even for Hilton Honors members. At the Element hotel, they give out free water and have complimentary wine and cheese every weeknight. In the morning, the coffee didn't come with real half-and-half or cream.

We had such a good Thanksgiving weekend as a family, and we'll definitely come back. The room was beautiful, the staff were phenomenal, and breakfast was superb. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at. 10 out of 10, highly recommend, and thank you for an amazing stay!

My food spoiled because the refrigerator in my room wasn't working properly. I asked for a $10 credit or the equivalent in points to make up for it, but the woman at the front desk was very rude and said, “you come up to me at 7 am about this!” Sorry it happened to be 7 am and you had to be at work. A little kindness would have made this easy to sort out. To the guest service employee: if you don't like your job or being there at 7 am, find another job.
