After long, somewhat stressful days, the lobby had just the vibe I needed. I loved how close the hotel was to Villages On The Park while I was visiting relatives there. The staff were welcoming and kind, which made check-in relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. I'd definitely come back.

The staff were amazing and friendly, and breakfast was delicious. I also loved the beautiful lobby, comfortable beds, and really good price. Having a code instead of a room key made things easier, and texting was so much nicer than having everything written down. This was one of my favorite and most comfortable hotel stays. I'll absolutely return next time I'm in Bentonville. 10/10 experience.

The Block wasn't the home away from home I was hoping for on my frequent work and personal trips to the area. We stayed Sunday (01/18/2026) after booking and paying online for a King room. At first they put us in a double Queen room, which was spacious and looked normal, then moved us to the King room, the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. It was clean, with the basics like towels, and the lobby was inviting. The fridge barely held maybe 6 cans of soda, and there were too few electrical outlets to charge a phone and tablet. The only usable one was by the table. They did have a luring type coffee maker, with enough for about 4 cups. The shower pressure was barely enough to get damp. There was also some kind of meeting in a room with very loud, strange music, maybe church.

The breakfast had good options, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room had a kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave, a little dining table, a pull-out leather couch, and a queen bed with the fluffiest pillows. There was even a door connecting to the next room, which would be great for families with kids who want to rent two rooms together. The bathroom hair dryer had a diffuser attachment, which I tried and really liked. The room was so nice. I'll definitely be back.

Even with the power out this morning because of a city issue, we felt well looked after. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Once notified, the GM got right to work on accommodations, brought in donuts, and offered a discount for our next stay. The outage wasn't the hotel's fault, and their response was impressive. Things happen, and they handled it so well. We had a great experience at The Block Hotel and would stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bentonville.
