The Trailhead Mews

The elevator was out for our entire stay at Trailhead Mews, even though staff had told me the rental had one. No one came by in person despite my repeated requests. They only communicated by text, and I never felt they showed real concern for our safety or well-being. The first day's message said, "I hope you're having a great day! When you arrive, could you please let me know? I want to make sure everything is set up perfectly for your stay." There were plenty more messages like that, but none of them amounted to actual help. They offered $100 and a discount on a future stay as compensation. I was in the area for a recent wedding and rented six other properties during that time. All were wonderful and got five-star reviews. I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Bike paths are close to almost anywhere in Bentonville, so you don't need this particular rental.

I didn't get to see inside these apartments, though the exterior looks stunning and makes me imagine the interiors must be luxurious. The lighting gives the buildings a modern but natural feel. They're in a quiet, serene area, with a parking lot beside them and a mountain bike trail starting nearby. So many great restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot. A really well-placed spot for enjoying Bentonville without going far.

We had a great experience, and the property management company was very responsive. The place was very clean, reasonably priced, and had probably the best trail access I've seen anywhere. I'd stay again and recommend it to friends and family.
