Value Place Bentonville

I was surprised by the rate I got after booking two weeks ahead for a 10-day stay. The staff were friendly and very clear about what to expect. My room was on the fourth-floor corner and was really quiet. It was absolutely clean, with a cooktop, microwave, full-size fridge, and ice trays. The king bed was very comfortable, and the TV had Cox cable and worked fine for what I needed. Even with lots of dogs around and a very pet-friendly policy, I didn't notice any pet smells. I'd recommend this extended-stay hotel to anyone exploring Northwest Arkansas or visiting family, as I was.

My stay has been great, and whenever I needed something, it was handled right away. There's no dog smell even with so many dogs here. My mattress may be new, and it's wonderful. Amanda, my housekeeper, is awesome. I'm happy I chose this place for my long-term stay.

Last time I stayed here, about three years ago, it was dirty, noisy, and even frightening at times. This visit was a complete turnaround. My room was clean and comfy, and the hallways were sparkling and smelled clean. I didn't hear a peep from anywhere. The men and women on staff always spoke politely when they saw me and checked that everything in my room was okay. Whether you need a room for one night or a month, stay with them. They're great!

The rooms are VERY NICE, and the staff are ALWAYS there if you need anything. They go above and beyond to help in ANY WAY. Other guests are polite, and this place is VERY, VERY pet friendly. The snack machines are AMAZING, and the laundry room is wonderful. I'd recommend WoodSprings in Bentonville to anyone. There's NEVER anyone drinking or loitering around, and it's very quiet. Five-plus stars!
