Best Western Plus New England Inn & Suites

The pool was clean and breakfast was good, and everyone who works here is amazing. Everything was clean, and this was one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Just a great place to stay, we'll be back. Thank you for everything. And when it isn't raining, there are some good places for kids to do.

Zahra was courteous and helpful when I checked in, and the customer service was great. My room was very clean and accommodating. I love the location, and the indoor pool and gym are available to use until 11pm. We'll keep staying here whenever we're in town.

This was a good find for breaking up our road trip, since we wanted a less expensive hotel basically right on our route. Zahra was very helpful at the front desk at check-in. The carpet in our room didn't look completely clean, and light from parking lot headlights came in because the curtains didn't overlap. Breakfast was basic, but there were enough choices for us. Not bad overall for what we paid.

The room and service were okay, as were the location and breakfast. My rating is about the room upgrades: all the rooms have only plugs on the lights, with no adapters or ports for charging phones or laptops. I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, who said I'd have to buy an adapter from them. The young Hindu woman, or the owner's daughter, seemed upset and spoke in her language while upset. 🤷 Honesty is the best policy!
