Room 6 is big and really beautiful, and I loved the fireplace and jetted hot tub. Everything was spotless. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the people were so friendly. We had the best stay, and I'll definitely come back in the summer. If you're looking for a place to stay, I would 100% recommend this one. Thank you again!
The room was very clean and spacious, and the other amenities were adequate. Nothing was horrible, but the scenic view wasn't as advertised.
A quiet overnight getaway, with a clean, comfortable room and a jacuzzi tub. The customer service was great. Bring your own toiletries, since none are provided. Breakfast at the Berlin Heritage is a typical continental spread, not a full Amish breakfast. The location is great too, down the road from the Amish Country Theater and right in the heart of Berlin.
It's close to everything, and the shower was awesome. My room was clean, though very basic, and I could hear the people upstairs. The refrigerator made noise all night, and the water seems like it has sulfur in it??? Walk or drive up the hill for dinner, you'll love it.
My birthday was quiet and relaxing, and having a jacuzzi tub in our room was a real plus. We could use it without sharing with other guests or even leaving the room. The room was clean and matched the online description and pictures. We love visiting Amish Country, and this place is right in the middle of the spots we like, with everything just up the road. We took lots of pictures and shared them with friends and family. We'll be back.
