Never again. My dad and I booked four nights. We were quoted $80 by phone, but were charged $89 on arrival. At check-in, the key for room 212 didn’t work. They reprogrammed it, but when we tried again, someone already inside opened the door. They had assigned us an occupied room. Staff then took me to another room, but it had one bed even though we’d requested two. My dad extended his stay the next day and paid $80, while I added a room and was charged $102. On checkout day, at 9:28, housekeeping knocked, said “housekeeping,” and opened the door while I was changing. Checkout was at 10, so there was still half an hour to go. Saying housekeeping doesn’t give someone the right to just walk in. The tall Hindu man also had a foul attitude from the second day. If I could, I’d rate this a zero, but Google doesn’t allow it.

It’s gotten better since my last stay. After a house fire, I needed somewhere to live for a month until I found a new place. It cost just $550 a week and allows pets. You get what you pay for at a cheap place like this. I saw a bug here and there, but I’ve stayed in pricier places with worse bug problems. If you’re staying somewhere like this for a while, I’d suggest bringing bleach and giving the room a thorough clean yourself.

I went in today expecting a little peace for my birthday, but as soon as I got into the room, there were roaches everywhere. Bugs covered the walls when I turned on the heat. They moved me, but the next room had the same roach problem. When I went downstairs for a refund, the staff got hostile and said I’d been in the room for more than 15 minutes, so they wouldn’t refund me. They called the owner, who yelled that “they better not come back.” I did get my money back, but the whole thing felt like a room from Fear Factor. Don’t waste your money.

The front desk staff were nice and helpful, which was the one upside. The room was awful, absolutely vile. There was dirt and hair in the bathroom, then I saw blood and urine on the bedsheets and got out in under two minutes. I would not recommend this place. Please close it down.

I couldn’t sleep because people upstairs were noisy all night, and when I told the staff, they didn’t seem to care. They just said those guests would “check out soon.” The front desk showed no hospitality. Our room also had roaches, hair on the bed, and stained, smelly sheets. The towels were torn and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. This was the worst motel experience I’ve had, and I’d never recommend it.
