The Drift

We had car trouble and were scrambling to find somewhere at the last minute. They made room for all three dogs and us, which we really appreciated. The cabins were clean, comfortable, and in a great spot, with easy access to the rec path, bikes, and fly fishing. We already know Pagosa Springs and usually stay with family, but we loved the hippy dip and the friendly feel of town. We'd consider coming back here.

Even with the lot full, the other guests were considerate and we barely knew anyone was around. I also loved having a cabin without a shared wall, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept better than anywhere else in town. We come to pagosa often and have tried several places, including the resort, but this one beats them all. During the recent snowstorm, the paths were cleared and free of ice, and our clean, cozy cabin was already warm when we arrived. We didn't bring our pup this time, but it's a relief to know we have a comfortable place for summer and fall trips with him. Can't believe we didn't find this gem sooner. This will be our spot from now on.

A cozy room with a comfortable bed, close to everything and only a short drive from Wolf Creek. Four can sleep here comfortably, and the bunk bed makes it a good fit for two adults and two kids.

The river walk is just behind the cabins, so downtown shops and restaurants are easy to reach on foot or by bike. There's also a natural public hot spring on the river, plus bikes and a shared area with a grill, tables, and fire pit. The cabins themselves look chic and were clean, comfortable, and convenient. We liked them enough to add a night. Since it was a Sunday in late September, that was easy to arrange, and texting the number they provided got a quick reply. The price felt fair for what was included and how handy everything was. The bathroom's barn-style sliding door might not give everyone enough privacy, though it worked fine for us and saves space. They also left helpful town information and a passport with discounts at participating places. We've already told family and friends about it. Such a fun place to stay.
