A nice, clean place to stay, though they’re very strict with kids while still wanting hockey teams to book. Breakfast is listed as 7 to 10, but setup only begins at 7, and by 9:45 they said that was all they had. Either include breakfast for those hours or don't.

Tammy made the booking process easy, and Shana was so kind and accommodating with everything our hockey team needed. The place was incredibly clean and the staff were welcoming. No complaints at all, we had a great stay. Thanks for all your effort, Shana!

I've stayed here several times before and always had a good experience, so I had previously given it five stars. This last visit was very different. For two days, marijuana smoke from other guests' rooms kept drifting into mine, and the hotel couldn't stop it. The smell got into my clothes and belongings. I was in town for work meetings, and showing up with that odor was awkward and made me look bad for something outside my control. I've lowered my rating from five stars to two. I wouldn't recommend this place to business travelers or families who expect a clean, smoke-free stay. Other hotels nearby have stricter smoke-free policies, so I'd consider those instead. I left my hat in the room, though that's on me. I was getting my two-year-old ready to leave, and I should have checked more carefully. The front desk worker did text me to let me know they'd found it, which I appreciated. But when I asked if USPS shipping could be charged to the room, I was told their third-party company would charge $30, the same as the hat's cost, and there was no other option. They said they'd hold it for 90 days if I came back to the area. As an honors member, I'd expected more help, and the response honestly shocked me. I spent $659 for two nights, and management wouldn't simply mail the hat at the going USPS rate. Hilton's email asking about my stay prompted me to write this. Check your room before you leave. I'm glad I didn't forget my laptop and get pressured into an unreasonable shipping charge. Our team had 10-12 rooms at the hotel that weekend.
