There was no comfortable lobby with natural light where you could sit. The room itself was decent, but the lighting was terrible. There was blue light everywhere, including on the nightstands, so you couldn’t read in relaxing light at night. Bright blue lights outside the window came through because the blinds didn’t block them.

The staff were friendly enough, the beds were clean, and the water was warm with good pressure, so I can’t be completely disappointed. But Room 215 had an air conditioner that sounded like paper crinkling the whole time it ran. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the bathtub/shower felt like it might fall out from under you while showering.

It was clean and mostly quiet, and the day front desk staff were very friendly. The room was very nice, and you could tell it had just been renovated.

Everything was ready when we arrived. I’d called a few hours ahead and given my information, so all I had to do was sign a paper. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. Management, if you read this, give that man a raise.

Friendly service and a nice facility overall. Breakfast was the usual carb fest. I did have three problems in my room: the bathroom heat lamp/fan wouldn’t come on, the shower curtain rod sagged, and the toilet kept running. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.
