Dinner was the highlight. Our waitress was friendly, easy to talk to, and knew the menu well. The property itself is spotless and beautiful, and we were welcomed with a smile. Thanks for a lovely meal and service. We’ll be back for dinner and a stay in Bethel, Maine.

Brenda was so warm and helpful, and I really enjoyed the massage and delicious breakfast. The GraceNote Inn is lovely inside, with luxurious rooms and a careful renovation. We visited in October, and I can imagine how cozy it would feel in winter with the fireplaces. There are great hiking and skiing options nearby, though it’s outside downtown if that matters to you.

The hosts, Brenda & Carl, made us feel completely at ease with how attentive and gracious they were. You can tell they put a lot of care into the redesign and refurbishment, right down to the details. We stayed in Room 5, a spacious, spotless corner room upstairs, with a cozy nook by the gas fireplace. The bathroom had modern touches like a heated towel rack, a heated bidet seat, and electronic shower controls. The food, bar, spa, and room were all wonderful. I picked GraceNote for a Valentine’s getaway because it was fairly new and had such good reviews. We can’t wait to return.

Room 6 was great, with a deep soaking tub and a roomy walk-in shower. Brenda and the GraceNote team were so accommodating when I made a last-minute request for a private space to take a meeting. The property is beautiful, well equipped, and immaculate. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Bethel area.

GraceNote feels special whether you’re stopping in for happy hour, having dinner, or spending an afternoon at the spa. The restored farmhouse is a place worth seeing, and you can tell thought went into every part of it. The drinks are thoughtfully made, too. My friends and I have had wonderful farm-fresh salads and homemade meals there.
