The staff were great and quick to respond, and the kitchen area with snacks and packaged oatmeal was much appreciated. Even with temperatures at -18 and strong winds, the room stayed perfectly comfortable. The bed was the best I’ve ever slept in at a hotel, and the pillows were just right. I gave the location five stars because it’s by the river, which was frozen solid. The hotel can’t control the weather. My room was quite small, though functional. I spent 10 days there and could have used more storage, but made do. I noticed there were bigger rooms, but mine worked for one person. The front door needs a sign. In below-zero weather and strong winds, I wanted to head straight inside but wasn’t sure which door was the entrance. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Bethel.

Manager Kelly was so personable and helpful, she made our trip. The place was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Can’t wait to come back next year.

The room was comfortable, but the beds were short. They ask guests to take off their shoes in the lobby. When I tried to check out, nobody was there, and the hotel service couldn’t reach anyone either.

There’s a kitchen on every floor with coffee, tea, and some snacks. I enjoyed my stay. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but warm and comfortable.

Kelly was so patient and kind, and we’re grateful for the way she worked with us. We stayed one night while in town for an event, in a room in the newer part of the Hotel, and had no complaints. We had our two girls with us, and the kitchen and dining area made it feel like a home away from home. The local bus is just a few walks down the street, and FNBA is next door. The river was right outside our window. With the light snowstorm, we probably couldn’t see across the lagoon. Once again, thank you. God bless Kelly and the Owners abundantly, and we wish prosperity and favour on your establishment!
