The Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I stay here often when traveling up and down the coast. The rooms are clean and feel upscale, especially the one king, one bedroom suite, which I really like. My concern is the parking garage. It's tight, and several stains look nasty and aren't always cleaned properly. For a respectable hotel brand, that's not acceptable. Maybe I'm imagining it, but sometimes I and presumably other people wonder if the stains could be bodily fluids. Please clean them promptly, whatever they are, so the garage stays sanitary and we can eat our pizza in peace.

My room was clean, and the trash had been bagged, but I was still charged $100 for trash removal. I called to dispute the fee and the manager never called me back. The front desk agent even laughed when I asked for proof of the charge. Extremely unprofessional. As a Hilton Honors member and an influencer, I won't stay here again or refer anyone to this property. The location and hotel are nice, but these miscellaneous trash fees are not okay.

The room was great, and the staff were fine, especially at the restaurant. I also used the gym late at night for a workout. It was cool, though the TV there didn't work, which wasn't a big deal. I liked the hotel, but I don't think it's worth the nightly price. The parking lot is terrible, really low and with barely any spaces. Why am I paying $40 for that?

We were part of a big event a few weeks ago, and the staff made sure we were comfortable and set for our conference. Breakfast was great, and the conference rooms were clean and up to date. Love this boutique-style hotel.
