Weichert Suites at Wisconsin Place

We moved from out of state about a month ago, and Natasha went above and beyond to help us sort out unit details beforehand, so we knew what would and wouldn't fit. She's been responsive and helpful with every question since. The whole team has made us feel welcome and supported, and their smiling faces are always appreciated. The location is perfect, close to the metro, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, shops, and great restaurants. We also love the large grassy areas and benches. During our first week, several longtime residents told us how much they love living here, which was reassuring. Everyone is so friendly.

The location is convenient, our apartment is a good size, the building is well kept, and the amenities are great. The gym and complimentary yoga are nice, and we're looking forward to trying the pool this summer. Natasha has been a great support since we first came to see Wisconsin Place. She's responsive, seems to care about our experience, and it's always a joy to run into her. The staff are wonderful. Five stars ⭐️! I gave 4 stars because we're the trial area for the AI assistant, and the real human staff are so much better. The fixtures aren't great quality either. For example, the laminate cabinets don't hold up to stove heat, and the medicine cabinet door hits the light fixture.

The staff and security guard at the back dock at Wisconsin Place were incredible. I'm Steve, a driver for Cappy Fire Restoration out of Baltimore. My morning on 2/13/26 wasn't going well because I made a mistake bringing a new resident his refurbished clothes and electronics. I forgot the electronics. I explained it to the front desk agent, the concierge, and the manager on duty. They saw how frustrated I was and told me to relax, they'd help make the rest of the day okay. We smiled, and I thanked them for their support and incredible kindness. I drove back to Baltimore to get the electronics and make another trip. The next staff and the same concierge were just as helpful and kind. I was blown away that they went out of their way to help both me and the new resident I was delivering property to. Since I had a long drive back to Baltimore in rush hour, a staff member gave me two bottles of water for the ride. Thank you again for your kindness.

The office staff, Natasha, Tyrelle and property manager Tyler, the concierges, Austin, Kiersten, et al., and the residents are all friendly and welcoming. The service team fixed a few bathtub and appliance issues promptly. The building is generally well designed, clean, decorated, and maintained. There's a well-equipped gym and various convenient amenities, and I'm looking forward to swimming in the pool next summer. We're also expecting an upgraded delivery room and vending machine. The location is great, with Metro, supermarkets, restaurants, and Medical Care nearby. One thing to be aware of: generators on the side of the courtyard seem to run 24/7 and create background or white noise. I don't know how much property management can do about that. Happy holidays!
