Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf

Al greeted me at the desk with a real smile and a hot coffee after my long drive. I arrived during a snowstorm, but the parking lot and building were well lit and the snow had been cleared thoroughly, so getting in felt safe and easy. My room was cozy, clean, and a good place to relax after the winter travel. Breakfast was better than I expected too. I’d gladly come back.

The quiet atmosphere was especially welcome after a long day, and the cozy, clean room made it easy to feel at home. Al was helpful from beginning to end and made the stay even better. Everything was well maintained, and for the price, the quality exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend the Ramada to anyone looking for comfort and good value. 10/10.

We left immediately after finding dead cockroach remains and dead bed bug remains in the room. There were no towels, and the toilet valve was off. Once we turned it on, the toilet started leaking. The hallway smelled strongly of weed. My significant other had booked the motel for Valentine's Day, and this was a horrible experience. I called to explain what we’d found. The employee said he had two people at the counter and would call us back, but we never heard from him. We’re sending a complaint to the Corporate office and asking for a FULL REFUND!!!

The rooms were really clean, the heater worked great on cold days, and the shower was hot, just what we needed after a stressful day. AL in the mornings and his co-worker at night, whose name I don’t know, have both been extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. Thanks so much AL, keep up the good work!
