L'Ermitage Beverly Hills

We chose L’Ermitage for our wedding and honeymoon, and couldn’t have picked a better place. The hotel is quiet and discreet, and the location made it easy to walk to Erewhon for coffee and breakfast or to Rodeo Drive. The rooftop pool has lovely sunset views. I also loved the Diptyque products and the complimentary house car, a BMW i7. The chauffeur was wonderful and drove me to my hair appointment on Rodeo. Our suite was beautiful, with a separate dressing room, roomy bathroom, a dressing table with professional lighting that was ideal for getting ready, a writing desk, and a balcony for morning views. The bed and Frette linens were heavenly, and we used the Bose speaker a lot. Service was faultless, and the staff are the hotel’s real gem. They were outstanding and made us feel so valued. The valet team had our car ready with bottled water each time and opened the doors before we reached them. Housekeeping was incredible, with thoughtful turn-down service and my makeup arranged beautifully each day. Every detail felt personal and considered. We’ll be back.

The suites are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to settle in. The whole place feels quiet, private, and residential, with a calm atmosphere that gives people room to do their own thing. Service is polished but never showy. The staff are attentive, efficient, and respectful of your time and space. Things run smoothly enough that you barely notice the service, which is exactly what you want. l’ermitage beverly hills has a composed confidence: no scene chasing or theatrics, just a clear sense of high-end hospitality. It isn’t flashy or buzzy, and that’s part of why it works. If you value discretion, comfort, and consistency over visibility, it makes a strong case. I’d return without hesitation.

My brother and I came to Los Angeles for the first time and chose this hotel hoping for a good stay. We weren’t disappointed. It feels worthy of a true French palace, and the employees are incredibly kind. A special thank you to John, our morning waiter, who always had a smile despite the fact that hospitality work isn’t always easy. And thanks to the room cleaning staff for doing such excellent work. Each evening when we came back, everything was clean, and the little touches made my brother and me very happy. One word: a hotel that deserves its five stars. Corry, who looked after my room in the evenings, was one of the best parts of my stay. She was sweet, quick to help, and professional. The housekeeping team as a whole was welcoming, too. I stayed at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills in October 2025. It’s handy to have so many shops and restaurants nearby, and the rooftop has a lovely city view. The property was nice, though my room felt dated and the air conditioning didn’t work properly, which was disappointing at that price. I had a nice visit overall, and hope the rooms and air conditioning get attention soon.
