The 24-hour support line handled a small heater problem quickly, and communication was great throughout. We loved this Big Bear home. It was tidy and clean, with a well equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker, comfy beds, cozy fireplaces, and a big backyard. There was plenty to do indoors too, with games, books, foosball, and a pool table. It felt like a real family home, and we’ll definitely book it again.
