The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel has recently been renovated. There’s plenty of parking and grassy space around the property. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, though the options got a bit repetitive during a long stay. One particular front desk employee was occasionally rude, but overall it was fine.

The pool was quite murky, and I was disappointed that none of the EV chargers worked. The room was very clean, the employees were pleasant, and the location was convenient.

When we booked, we mentioned we might need a late checkout, and the young man who took the reservation added it to our account, even arranging for us to stay past 12. Every staff member was super nice. Breakfast had a good selection, including flavored creamer, which I personally like. The room looked and felt clean, and the bed and sheets were comfy. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. This hotel had better reviews than the others in the area, and I can see why. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m back this way.

The staff were helpful and attentive, and the continental breakfast was kept up well. The room, hallways, stairs, and lobby were all clean. We had a very good stay at the Hampton Inn in Elmira/Horseheads.
