Jay has helped me out several times, and he's always easy to talk with. A couple years ago, after checking out, I realized while shopping at Walmart that I'd left $1,700 in the room. That was pretty much all the money I had, so I panicked. The room cleaners or housekeeping were right next door when I checked out, and I knew they'd be in there soon. I called Jay, explained I'd left a big stack of $100 bills and asked him to secure it quickly. I told him I was at Walmart and turning around, just a few minutes away. I could tell he rushed to the room while we were still on the phone. Housekeeping had only just started cleaning, and he found the cash. Hallelujah, praise Jesus and all the great ones, I got it back. The manager and his wife are awesome, and the whole place is run by TOP G's. I've been here five days a week for 10 weeks now, and they know me and treat me well. I finished my job in the area and loved staying here. The whole experience was great, so definitely check it out if you're nearby. I first booked through my Wyndham app because the rate was good and I expected to work nearby for a few weeks. I figured I'd try it and move hotels if needed, but after my first week I was happy enough to book another. Staff were friendly and helpful at any hour. Check-in surprised me in a good way: the lobby was neat, orderly, and up to date, and the room was clean and modern with all the amenities listed. Breakfast was good, with a good variety, and the clean, welcoming dining area made a nice start to the day. I visited the pool area without swimming. Compared with other hotels, it was great, clean, and free of that off-putting chlorine smell. It seemed they looked after it daily, instead of dumping loads of chlorine in after the weekend to hide dirty water.

Nice enough. Nothing went wrong: no mice bites, theft, drunk late-night knocks, or rats. My breakfast was there in the serving room, my bed had no pet hair, the carpet wasn't sticky, and the dresser drawer worked. The TV remote had buttons, and the ceiling wasn't brown or wet.

They made my family and me leave, even though we'd paid and had nowhere else to go. The man said we had to leave because my service animals barked, and he didn't care what that would mean for us. We were forced out because he said they barked, despite them being service animals.
