Budget Inn & Suites

The front desk guy was extremely rude. He accused my stepkids of being nasty and messing up the floor, even though they hadn’t had any food that could have made a mess. He wanted an $80 cash deposit and seemed like he was going to keep it because he claimed the kids had damaged the floors. I don’t recommend this hotel.

I left my wallet outside after leaving the place, and the customer service woman called me right away and returned it. I appreciate that a lot. The place is great for the price, and she was nice and friendly.

The whole place had a sketchy, landlord-special feel, and the room smelled like smoke. The walls were paper thin, so I could hear people outside loud and clear. The sheets looked clean, but the outdated comforter was dirty and the cover on the box spring was filthy. The bathroom sink had backed up with who knows what when I got into the room, so I never used it. I’ve attached pictures. I stayed in room 119 because it was the only room I could get at 4 AM after work as a travel nurse. I’d already paid for more than one night, but honestly, I should have slept in my car instead of making the bad decision to stay here.

The shower water gets nice and hot, and the appliances were all clean and working. The room and cleaning were great too. Great location, highly recommend it... J.Hartwell
